Founded in 1981, registered at the Aachen Chamber of Commerce (HRB 3329) in 1986 as a limited company (GmbH), we are an independent, owner-operated planning and consultancy office engaged in socially sus-tainable and environmentally responsible planning for questions of mobility and access in development projects.

We operate throughout Germany and its neighbouring countries (e.g. Belgium, Luxembourg, the Netherlands, Switzerland, ...).

The access quality and connectivity of highly frequented buildings are significant factors for their success, independently of whether the building is part of a large-scale new development or the rethinking and restructuring of a small locality.


Development projects are seldom in open areas offering complete planning freedom. Some kind of integration into existing traffic networks, primarily motorized vehicles and public transport, is usually necessary. Since the available capacity of these networks is limited, the scaling and arrangement of traffic connections requires a great deal of technical finesse in infrastructure planning, coupled with a solid portion of on-site know-how and experience.

Inner connectivity, the movement and exchange of traffic within the development area itself, or even specific buildings, is also subject to limitations.
